Hello, my name is Angie, and I’m the creator behind the Bible-based resources for children at My Sun & Shade. I’ve spent more than 25 years teaching Sunday School, previously worked as a kindergarten teacher, and homeschooled my own children through their early elementary years. Along the way, I discovered a deep joy in creating coloring pages, crafts, and activities that help children connect with Bible truths and stories in meaningful, hands-on ways.

Best Mom Practices for Raising Christian Children

As a mom of two adult children who love the Lord and walk in His ways, I feel incredibly blessed to have poured God’s Word into their lives from an early age. Today, they openly talk about God, the Bible, and the Holy Spirit—seeds that were planted during childhood.

Now, my daughter is teaching her own children—my grandsons—how to love and follow God, and she has even used my Bible lessons and coloring pages with them. Watching faith passed down through generations is one of my greatest joys.

It truly blesses my heart to know that moms, teachers, and caregivers around the world are using the Bible coloring sheets, crafts, and Scripture worksheets from My Sun & Shade to teach God’s Word to their children.
